YOU WILL

• Prepare and maintain IT infrastructure documentation such as network diagrams, server configurations, and asset inventory.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT-related processes.
• Document software installations, configurations, and system updates.
• Maintain and update IT asset records, including hardware, software, and licenses.
