REQUIREMENTS

• •B.Sc Degree in QS or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institute.
• •Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the building construction industry.
• •Well-versed in ICTAD conditions and responsibilities.
• •Sound knowledge in MS Office and AutoCAD is essential.
• •Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision to prepare tender documents and BOQs, ensuring competitive pricing.
• •Strong communication skills, especially in English.
• •Candidates below 40 years of age will be preferred.
