Recovery Officer - Female

Responsibilities

• •Contact individuals or businesses with delinquent accounts.
• •Negotiate payment plans and terms to facilitate debt repayment.
• •Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment commitments.
• •Communicate with debtors via telephone, email, and written correspondence professionally & assertively.
• •Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and strategize the most effective recovery methods.
• •Update account status and database regularly.
• •Collaborate with the team if escalation or legal actions are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Completed G.C.E. Advanced Level in Commerce stream.
• Minimum 1 year or above experience in a Finance field.
• Part qualified in AAT or any other professional Accountancy qualifications.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office package, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Age between 20-35 years.
• Close range to travel to the working site at Homagama.
