Supervisor
360 Wellness & Skin Clinic is seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to lead our front office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining the clinic environment, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Front Office team for smooth daily operations and superior customer service.
- Ensure upkeep of clinic premises, facilities, and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflow and boost efficiency.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and service standards within the team.
Requirements
- Male candidates preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service industries.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
